Healing Together: A Support Group for Survivors of Sexual Abuse
Sexual abuse can effect our mind and body in many different ways. If it happened 20 years ago, or yesterday, it can still be effect your daily life. Surviving sexual abuse is a deeply personal journey, but you don’t have to walk it alone. This support group offers a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where survivors can share their experiences, find validation, and support one another in healing. Whether you’re just beginning to process your trauma or have been on your healing journey for years, this group provides understanding, encouragement, and hope. Together, we create a community of strength, resilience, and empowerment.

Parent Support Circle: Navigating Children's Mental Health Together
Parenting a child with mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our support group provides a safe, understanding space for parents to share experiences, gain insights, and find encouragement from others who truly understand. Whether you're seeking guidance, resources, or simply a place to connect, our community is here to offer support, hope, and strength. Together, we can navigate this journey with compassion and resilience

Come to group for support and therapy. We will have time to support and share, learn coping strategies and recenter for the rest of the day. Let’s heal together! You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. I am excited to meet with all!
